Meet Lannon

Hello, my name is Lannon Rudolph, and I am thrilled to be a part of Bright Futures Therapeutic Services, LLC, as a neurodivergent affirming speech-language pathologist. I hold certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and have extensive experience working with adults and children.

Throughout my career, I have focused on supporting and empowering autistic individuals of all ages. I dedicated two years to working with the Lake County Board of DD in their Imagine Program, which provided work training opportunities for autistic individuals. This experience allowed me to witness firsthand the unique strengths and talents that individuals on the autism spectrum possess.

In addition to my work with autistic individuals, I have had the privilege of working with preschool and young children in a school setting. I find immense joy in helping children develop their communication skills and reach their full potential.

One area of particular passion for me is augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). I strongly believe that every person deserves a voice, and AAC can be a powerful tool in empowering individuals who struggle with verbal communication. I am dedicated to ensuring that individuals with complex communication needs have access to effective AAC systems that enable them to express themselves and engage fully in their environments.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy exploring new places through travel and road trips with my husband. Staying physically active through exercise is essential to me, and I find it helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, I am an avid reader and always appreciate a good book recommendation.
